You have been doing so much to fight, and even cure your acne. You firmly believe you are doing everything right, including the right skin care. No matter how hard you try, you can’t seem to get rid of your acne.

#2 Skim And Low fat Dairy
While dairy is an important staple in your diet, it is very easy to get too much. Especially if you are eating skim, non-fat, and low fat dairy.
First, scientists are learning more everyday that too much dairy in general can hinder your metabolism. In turn, this causes you to gain weight and have other health concerns that lead to acne.
When you consume low fat and skim milk, you are compounding the acne problems. As you know, your hormones play a critical role in your complexion.

#3 Talking On the Phone
It is not the communication that is causing your acne. In fact, having interactions with others is good for you and will keep you healthy. It is the actual phone that is the root of your problem.
To understand this bad habit it is important that you understand the different components of your skin. The surface of your skin is covered in hair that grows from hair follicles.
The openings in your skin through which the hair grows are pores. In addition to hair growth, pores allow you skin to breathe and secrete necessary oil for conditioning.
Your skin is made from many layers and the upper layers of skin are old. Dead skin cells flake off and rest on the surface of your skin. These skin cells combine with dirt, germs, and oil on the surface. When this combination enters your pores, they become clogged and erupt in acne.
When you talk on the phone, the phone handset and your hand itself are typically touching your face. While you may not realize it, your phone handset and hand are rubbing the dirt, germs, oil, and dead skin cells further into your pores.
The grime is literally being shoved into your pores at an accelerated rate. If you wear makeup while you talk on the phone, you are making the situation even worse.
The longer you talk on the phone each day, the more you are accelerating your acne. Eventually, the dirt and grime will be so deeply recessed into your pores that no at home acne treatment can remove.
If you cannot go without your phone, you may want to try a headset or speakerphone to help your skin.
